Interpretation and Definitions : –

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Disclaimer) refers to Myddleton Maintenance Services Ltd.
  • “Service” refers to the cleaning of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
  • “You” means the individual accessing the Service.
  • “Asset” refers to the item being cleaned, such as a cold-room, refrigeration chiller or air-conditioning unit etc.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any faults or breakdowns that may occur after the asset has been cleaned.  It is not un-common for faults to be exposed after the cleaning has taken place, particularly if assets have not received regular service/cleaning by a professional company. Proof of service/cleaning records will be required should there be any claim made against the Company.

The Company will identify any obvious faults and make You aware of them before we proceed with the clean.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
